1. Project Brief & Discussion

  • Detailed project requirements, scope of work, budget, design preferences, and timelines are finalized prior to execution.
  • Any design modifications requested after 3D & material approval will be considered additional scope.

2. Site Visit & Measurements

  • Site visits by the principal designer and project team will be conducted as required.
  • Up to 4 site supervision visits are included by the Principal Designer, beyond which visits are scheduled on request.

3. Standard Turnkey Payment Milestone Stages

  • Advance Payment (25%): Mobilization advance upon contract finalization.
  • 1st Month Payment (50%): Payable during the 1st month of active project execution (carpentry core & civil framework).
  • 2nd Month Payment (20%): Payable during finishing, laminates, painting & electrical fitting.
  • Final Payment (5%): Payable upon final snag clearance, deep cleaning, and project handover.

4. Scope of Work & Exclusions

  • Quotes are exclusive of GST (18%) applicable on total invoice.
  • Civil & plumbing alterations beyond the approved drawing set will be quoted separately.
  • Electronics, loose home appliances, AC piping and outdoor balcony furniture are subject to separate client scope unless specified.
